NUSROH ALLAH (1)

ALI BIN ABI THALIB RODHIYALLAHU 'ANHU AND A BEGGAR
1. Ubaidullah bin Muhammad narrates that when a beggar came to Ali bin Abi Thalib rodhiyallahu 'anhu, he said to his sons :
Ubaidullah bin Muhammad meriwayatkan bahwa ketika seorang pengemis datang kepada Ali bin Abi Thalib rodhiyallahu 'anhu, beliau berkata kepada putra-putranya :
"Go to your mother, and tell her to give one of the six dirhams that I had left with her."
(Temuilah bundamu, dan katakan kepadanya untuk memberikan satu dirham dari enam dirham yang ayah titipkan padanya.)
3. His son went and later returned with the message that she said, “You had left the six Dirhams to purchase flour.”
(Putranya pergi dan kemudian kembali dengan membawa pesan dari bundanya : "Engkau titipkan enam dirham ini untuk keperluan membeli tepung.")
4. Ali said, “The faith of a person cannot be true until he has more trust in that which is with Allah than that which is in his own hands.”
(Ali berkata, "Iman seseorang belumlah betul, kecuali dia sudah lebih yakin kepada Allah daripada apa yang ada ditangannya.)
5. He then sent a message to her to send all six Dirhams. When she did so, he gave it all to the beggar.
(Dia kemudian mengirim pesan kepada istrinya untuk menyerahkan seluruh enam dirham tersebut. Ketika sudah diserahkan oleh istrinya, Ali memberikan semua uang itu kepada si pengemis.)
6. Ali had not yet even changed his posture when a man arrived selling a camel. “How much for the camel?” Ali asked. “A hundred and forty Dirhams,” the man replied.
(Ali bahkan belum mengubah posisi badannya ketika seorang lelaki datang untuk menjual untanya. "Berapa harga untanya?" Ali bertanya. "Seratus empat puluh Dirham," jawab lelaki itu.)
7. Ali told the man to tie the camel by him with the understanding that he would pay for it after a while. The man tied the camel there and then left. Another man then passed by and asked who the camel belonged to.
(Ali meminta lelaki itu untuk mengikat unta tersebut untuknya dengan perjanjian bahwa Ali akan membayarnya di masa yang akan datang.
8. When Ali informed him that the camel was his, the man asked him whether he would sell it. “Certainly,” replied Ali “How much?”, he asked. “For two hundred Dirhams,” was the reply.
(Ketika Ali memberitahu bahwa unta itu adalah miliknya, orang itu bertanya apakah Ali akan menjualnya. "Tentu saja," jawab Ali "berapa harganya?", tanya orang itu. "Dua ratus dirham," jawab Ali.)
9. The man agreed to buy it, handed over the two hundred Dirhams and then took the camel.
(Orang itu setuju untuk membelinya, dia menyerahkan dua ratus dirham dan kemudian mengambil untanya.)
10. Ali then paid a hundred and forty Dirhams to the man whom he had promised to pay and then returned with sixty Dirhams to (his wife) Sayyidah Fatimah.
(Ali kemudian membayar seratus empat puluh dirham kepada lelaki yang dijanjikannya untuk membayar dan kemudian kembali ke rumah membawa enam puluh dirham untuk (istrinya) Sayyidah Fatimah.)
11. Seeing the money she asked, “What is this?” Ali replied, “This is what Allah promised us on the lips of His Prophet, sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam :
(Melihat uang tersebut Fatimah bertanya, "Apa ini?" Ali menjawab, "Inilah yang Allah janjikan kepada kita melalui lisan nabi-Nya, Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam :)
12.
مَنْ جَآءَ بِا لْحَسَنَةِ فَلَهٗ عَشْرُ اَمْثَا لِهَا ۚ
“Whoever carries out a good act will receive ten times as much.”
("Barang siapa berbuat kebaikan mendapat balasan sepuluh kali lipat amalnya.)
